PUBG BANNED 13 MILLION PLAYERS WORLD WIDE PUBG Bans 30,000 Players, 16 Professional Players after New Anti-Cheating Measures

The New system Bans Hackers from PUBG on PC, Xbox, and PS4, and not on PUBG Mobile.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has proved to be one of the top games in the battle royale genre. However, the more famous a title, the more likely it is to be targeted by hackers who try to gain an upper hand in the game by using unfair means. To remove such players from PUBG, the game developers rolled out an Anti-Cheat & Reporting feature with Update 24 of the game, which also introduced the Vikendi map. It seems that the new anti-cheating feature has come into effect as over 30,000 players were reportedly banned from playing the game. As per a PCGamesN report, accounts of over 16 professional players were also suspended in this ban-wave.

PUBG is said to have implemented new anti-cheating measures via the Battle-ye software, which detects players using the radar hack. For those unaware, radar hack is said to be an ‘undetectable’ cheat that enables one to get complete information regarding the position of other players during a match. Using this hack certainly puts all other gamers that are playing fair at a disadvantage. It seems that 16 pro players from reputed teams were also banned for using the radar hack. The hack is said to be difficult to detect since it supposedly uses VPN while sending data from the server to an external device. Hackers could also use another monitor or a mobile device to see other player’s position.

As per a report, professional PUBG players for Sans Domicile Fixe have admitted to cheating. 'Can Ozdemir' (gamer alias: TEXQS) from the Pittsburgh Knights is said to be under investigation for using the radar hack. Some of the other notable e-sports players who were banned in the ban-wave are reportedly Papaya, Cageman, PlayerJones, Hoffmann88, Sezk0, Houlow, Kraqen, and others. It should be noted that the Battleye anti-cheating system sometimes goes overboard when banning players as back in June, it removed some moral PUBG players from the game
